Role Information:-

We have a fantastic package available for a fully flexible Mobilisation Advanced Nurse Practitioner
As a Mobilisation Advanced Nurse Practitioner you will be providing high quality support services with in our GP practices to our Primary Care Team, supporting both on a national and local level.
You will also be working on a range of projects ensuring the smooth implementation and transition of new services, you will be supporting with the launches of these services though to a steady state operation, providing ANP cover where needed. You will be required to engage with key internal and external stakeholders, be able to work collaboratively with relevant colleagues to resolve issues as they rise.
You may be required to work at any of our sites in line with service needs, providing cover and support both on site, and remotely, so you must have the ability to work with a great degree of autonomy and flexibility.
