Responsibilities: 1. To undertake and interpret diagnostic imaging independently. To formulate, issue and be accountable for clinical reports. 2. To promote and encourage good and effective professional practices in the company by example and instruction. 3. To participate in, and deliver good evidence based practice. 4. To use accepted clinical judgment to enable independent decision-making. 5. To assist and encourage service development and innovation. 6. To participate in and audit and sonographer meetings where required and to liaise with referrers as needed. 7. To have a professional and courteous manner and always to uphold the reputation of the “Company”. Observe confidentiality with respect to patients, GPs, local GP practices, local Trusts, NHS staff and NHS information at all times.
