Description

We are currently looking for a dynamic and dedicated Outpatient Physiotherapy Team Lead to join our busy Therapies Department. This role represents an excellent opportunity for an experienced therapist already in a leadership role or looking to move into a leadership role.

Responsibilities:-

To be responsible for the management and daily running of the outpatient therapy department.
To co-ordinate and manage the provision of the therapy service, providing clinical direction and leadership to the team.
To development the outpatient therapy service, striving to ensure best practice, maximum efficiency and productivity and cost effectiveness.
To lead and engage the team demonstrating compassion through effective relationships based on empathy, respect and dignity.
To nurture a supportive and empathetic approach to teaching, supervision and appraisals.
To work as an autonomous practitioner, within scope of practice and deliver a quality clinical service; meeting the clinical and strategic needs of the hospital.
To provide highly specialised assessment and intervention for a varied caseload of outpatients within your specialty, including patients who may have highly complex presentations.
