We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Lead Theatre Practitioner to join our Theatres team. The successful candidate will put patient care at the heart of everything they do. As a qualified practitioner with NMC or HCPC registration you will use your skills and knowledge to work well within a team, adopting a flexible and collaborative approach at all times. Previous experience in a acute healthcare environment and experiencing managing and leading a clinical team is a must! Overall Objectives:

To deliver an exceptional spinal/orthopaedic service to all Consultant users
Ensure that all spinal and orthopaedic lists run efficiently and safely ensuring all instrumentation and implants are readily available for each and every procedure
Ability to ‘scrub’ and demonstrate an in depth knowledge of all spinal/orthopaedic cases performed within the organisation
