Description

Are you an experienced and highly skilled Physiotherapist looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a motivated and talented individual to join our team as The Clinical Lead Physiotherapist. This is an exciting opportunity to lead our Outpatients department and make a significant impact on the health and well-being of our patients.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide clinical leadership and expert guidance to the MSK and Breast team
To take day-to-day responsibility for the organisation and running of the outpatient Physiotherapy and Hydrotherapy service, working alongside the inpatient clinical lead, to ensure efficient and effective service provision throughout the department
Develop and implement clinical guidelines and protocols in line with evidence-based practice
Conduct clinical assessments and deliver evidence-based physiotherapy treatments to patients with MSK and Breast conditions
Manage a caseload of patients and ensure that all documentation and reporting are accurate and up to date
Provide clinical supervision and support to junior physiotherapists and other members of the team
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care
Participate in clinical audit and research activities to improve the quality of services provided
Contribute to the development and delivery of staff training and education programs
Ensure that all clinical equipment and facilities are maintained in a safe and appropriate manner
