An exciting opportunity exists within the Multidisciplinary team for a competent self-motivated and innovative physiotherapist to take lead of the physiotherapy services across the organisation.

What we are looking for?

• To deliver a high standard of service to all patients referred to the team, working autonomously.
• Use clinical judgement to select appropriate assessment tools, methods, techniques and equipment from a wide knowledge base in line with individual patient needs and wishes and refer patients onwards if necessary, liaising with other agencies if required.
• To undertake a clinical caseload to a high professional standard, using specialist knowledge and skills from theoretical and practical experience.
• To assess patients' understanding of assessment and gain valid informed consent and work within a legal framework with all clients, including those who lack the capacity to consent to treatment.
