Description

We requires an energetic, professional, experienced and dynamic individual to work with our Healthcare, to lead the Improvement necessary through transformation, development and success of the Practice by providing leadership, energy and direction.

Responsibilities:-

  • Develops quality improvement initiatives for the Practice and ensures they are implemented.
  • Develop a training plan for all staff to support continuous quality improvement.
  • Puts together the asset register and ensures it is kept up to date and complete.
  • Ensure the existence of and adherence to a best-practice complaints process, overseeing all complaints to ensure that they are dealt with professionally and sensitively and that learning points are identified.
  • Co-ordinate and chair practice leadership meetings, keeping us informed of developments and driving the Practice forward in line with agreed strategy and goals. This will be through the monthly practice report provided to the Operations Director.
  • Ensure health and safety is maintained within the practice by regular audits of facilities and supplies.
  • Ensure the ongoing sustainability of the Practice, including Business Continuity measures and disaster recovery for systems, data and information.
  • Liaise and develop excellent relationships with third party organisations, such as the PCN, ICB and professional advisors to the practice.
  • Ensure an effective communication system is implemented and used across the Practice.
  • Represent the Practice at external meetings including Practice Manager Forums, NHS England, Lincolnshire ICB, GP Collaborative Board and PCN.
  • Market and promote the Practice, developing a Practice Brand and raising a positive profile within the local community.
  • Preparing a Practice Quality Improvement Plan, Practice Business Plan, Annual Report and practice aims and objectives as required.
