Description

We are looking for Aesthetic Therapist for our London based clinic.

This is a full time role. If you are a therapist who is passionate about great skincare, loves to be busy and build a long term rapport with patients, this role could be perfect for you.

Our fabulous team really works hard to get to know our patients, provide fantastic results with our state of the art technology, products and lasers. We are so lucky to get such amazing feedback from our lovely patients, they all really enjoy spending time with us and some of those patients have been with us since day one! Suitable candidates MUST have:

Experience with class 4 lasers (preferably ND:YAG/Q Switched) to treat pigmented lesions and broken thread veins.
At least one years’ experience in an aesthetic practice or similar environment, used to hitting clinic targets and individual targets set.
Experience in advanced skin treatments including microdermabrasion, skin peels, photo- rejuvenation and micro needling, but not essential as full training will be given.
Hold a certificate in Core of Knowledge (recently sat in the last 3-5 years.)
Minimum qualification of NVQ level 3 in Beauty Therapy OR equivalent.
A passion for Laser treatments, as we are specialists in this field.
Experience in carrying out hair removal consultations and skin consultations confidently, with a good conversion rate.
The ability to cross sell and upsell to patients including product sales and achieve targets set.
Experience in working in a fast-paced working environment.
Good fluent English is also important.
The ability to document and understand the importance of documenting and follow clinic protocols and regulations.
