Description

We are currently looking for a Deputy Manager to join our team. We are able to offer new and exciting career opportunities for individuals that are keen to work within an organisation that does the utmost to ensure we provide an outstanding standart of care.

As Deputy Manager, you will support the Registered Manager with the day to day running of the home. You will be over seeing care plans and have involvement with recruitment and the induction of new staff.

You will be responsible for maintaining the home to a high standard level required by CQC.

Experience

Minimum of 2 years experience being a Senior Carer Supervisor or Deputy Manager and being within a residential home setting with clients who are elderly and may suffer with dementia and or challenging behaviour You will need to have experience of creating monthly rota s

Education

NVQ QCF in Health Social Care Level 3 or more is essential
