Responsibilities:-

• Deliver exceptional care to residents, ensuring all personal and medical needs are met.
• Lead by example, providing guidance and support to the care team.
• Develop, implement, and regularly review personalized care plans in partnership with residents, their families, and healthcare professionals.
• Assist with the administration of medication in accordance with regulatory requirements and home policies.
• Facilitate and encourage participation in activities designed to promote physical and mental well-being.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of care provided.
• Actively participate in staff meetings, training, and development sessions.
• Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and best practice guidelines – including safeguarding and health and safety standards.
