Description

Are you a passionate and experienced Physiotherapist with a strong background in Stroke and Neurology? We are currently seeking a Locum Band 6 Physiotherapist to join a dynamic and supportive multidisciplinary team in a reputable NHS trust/private setting.

This exciting opportunity is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care. You will be working with stroke and neuro-rehabilitation patients, both in acute and community settings, helping them regain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide specialist physiotherapy assessments and treatments to patients with stroke and neurological conditions
Develop and implement individualised care plans
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including OTs, nurses, and speech therapists
Participate in case conferences, discharge planning and patient reviews
Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with NHS standards

Requirements:

HCPC-registered Physiotherapist
Minimum of 2 years’ post-registration experience
Proven experience in Stroke and Neurology rehabilitation
Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
