Description

As a Locum Occupational Therapist, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to help individuals overcome physical, psychological, or social barriers, supporting them in gaining or regaining independence in their daily lives.

Assess patient needs and create personalized intervention plans
Deliver therapy across acute, community, mental health, or social care settings
Promote functional independence through adaptive techniques and equipment
Liaise with families, carers, and healthcare professionals to coordinate care
Maintain comprehensive, accurate clinical records in line with standards

✅ Requirements:

HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist
Relevant experience in NHS or private sector settings (Band 5/6/7)
Strong communication, assessment, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Enhanced DBS check and up-to-date compliance documents
